Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and technical knowledge in Interior Fit-Out. They will be responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors, managing project milestones, and maintaining project documentation.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and coordinating with sub-contractors in planning and executing the delivery of interior fit-out projects
  • Carrying out submissions to consultants for materials, shop drawings, and method statements approvals before commencement of work
  • Coordinating and managing sub-contractors' progress and quality of works
  • Monitoring project milestones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across disciplines such as architectural, MEP, cost, and construction to ensure timely completion
  • Assisting in the compilation of handing over documents including as-built drawings and OMM
  • Organizing and maintaining project documentation
  • Attending project coordination meetings

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess good leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in reading Mechanical and Electrical drawings and specs is an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Engineering, Interior Design, or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related fields, preferably with Hotel project experiences
  • Strong project management and technical knowledge in Interior Fit-Out
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
