Experienced Project Coordinator Wanted for Interior Fit Out Projects

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to oversee the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess experience in project management and technical knowledge in Interior Fit-Out.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with sub-contractors in planning and executing the delivery of interior fit-out projects
  • Conducting submissions to consultants for materials, shop drawings, and method statements approvals prior to project commencement
  • Managing sub-contractors' progress and quality of works
  • Monitoring project milestones and coordinating with stakeholders across disciplines such as architectural, MEP, cost, and construction to ensure timely completion
  • Assisting in the compilation of handing over documents including as-built drawings and OMM
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Attending project coordination meetings

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in reading Mechanical and Electrical drawings and specs is an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Engineering, Interior Design, or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related fields, preferably with Hotel project experiences
  • Strong project management and technical knowledge in Interior Fit-Out
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
