What you will be working on: The role leads a team of 2-3 policy officers to (i) formulate and implement medium to long-term air transport sector manpower planning strategies and initiatives; (ii) manage CAAS’ manpower funding policy and grants to support workforce transformation; and (iii) analyse our sector’s economic and manpower data, including projecting our future workforce needs, and managing the establishment of a comprehensive air hub workforce database.
