Description Procurement, Executive Shared Services - Corp/FT (Seletar) Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from Purchase Request (PR) sourcing to Purchasing Order (PO) issuance to support the needs of Business Units and meet agreed service levels.Key Responsibilities:Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targetsConduct sourcing/ competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved for the companyEvaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected supplierEnsure that goods and services are timely deliveredAchieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC)Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and proceduresResolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issuesBuild, maintain and manage relationships of both internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.Requirements:Diploma in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or equivalentAt leasttwo (2) years of experiencein Procurement as a BuyerSAP Hands-onand Microsoft Office experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skillsAble to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environmentWorking hours : Mon - Fri / 8am to 5.30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
