Principal Purpose Your role will be crucial in ensuring that quality nutrition care services are delivered in alignment with our vision, mission, and strategic objectives. You will focus on core skills for nutrition assessment and intervention to meet the needs of patients in primary care, providing comprehensive, coordinated, and continuing care that complements other health professionals and community partners. Key Responsibilities Clinical - Nutrition Assessment & Counseling Deliver dietary interventions as part of seamless care for patients. Conduct nutrition assessments and provide education tailored to patients' dietary needs. Offer patient-centered medical nutrition therapy to motivate dietary and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with allied health professionals and doctors to ensure comprehensive care. Plan and deliver nutrition-related health talks and workshops for patients and the community. Education, Research/Improvement and Administration Train healthcare professionals on current nutrition topics and guidelines. Contribute nutrition-related articles and manage media inquiries. Participate in clinical improvement projects and nutrition research studies. Organize community outreach programs, including public talks and workshops. Support dietetics students during their community placements. Stay updated on current nutrition practice guidelines and provide administrative support in the dietetics area.
