Job Title: Trading Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality trading support and compliance-related activities. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely documentation, payments, billing, and recording in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the trading activities by managing invoices, payments, and trading documentations related to services.
  • Update and register new counterparties in relevant systems and databases in a timely fashion and maintain adequate records to meet the company's legal and fiscal obligations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal work processes and perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required.

Key skills and qualifications include:

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in SAP is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relevant technical and analytical skills, ability to set priorities, and self-motivation.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
