What You Will Do: Build and manage online communities across APAC on regionally preferred platforms (LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, KakaoTalk, Facebook Groups, etc.). Monitor community sentiment, engagement metrics, and overall community health to identify growth and retention opportunities. Translate user feedback into actionable insights for product, marketing, and go‐to‐market teams. Design and execute localized content, events, and campaigns tailored to local audiences. Identify and collaborate with local brand ambassadors, moderators, and advocates to scale community impact. Localize global community initiatives to align with each market's cultural tone, user behavior, and content preferences. Minimum Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in community management, user operations, or marketing in the APAC region. Fluency in English to manage cross‐market communications. Familiarity with major community platforms and user behaviors across APAC countries. Strong project ownership, multitasking ability, and cross‐functional collaboration skills. A passion for cultural storytelling, empathy for diverse user groups, and the ability to adapt brand voice across markets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the technology, AI, or consumer electronics sectors. Additional language skills in Japanese and/or Korean are highly valued. Experience developing ambassador or moderator programs. Awareness of regional data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA in Singapore, PIPL in China).
