Engage actively with the community on platforms like Telegram, forums, and chat groups to assist users. Build and maintain relationships with partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Collect and analyze community feedback; translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams on integrated community campaigns. Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns, contests, and initiatives to grow community engagement. Experiment with new content, channels, and creative ideas to foster community growth. Minimum 1 year experience in blockchain & Web3 environments. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency terminology, trends, and culture. Familiarity with financial and blockchain trading platforms, especially on-chain trading via Web3 wallets. Flexible work hours to engage with global communities and KOLs. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and maturity. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
