Field Service Engineer | 5 Days | Macpherson | Permanent Position

Responsibilities Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company's products and components at customer locations. Perform periodic servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of client tool. Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers. Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records. Assist the sales team in securing service orders. Conduct product training sessions for customers. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times; able to work in confined space or work at height area in high risk environment. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager. Report non-conformances from customer site. Generate and document reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met. Job Requirements Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or any other engineering studies. Min 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems. Experience in automation / semiconductor will be added advantages. Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer support. Experience in delivering technical training to groups is a strong advantage. Hands on experience and knowledge on robotic calibration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients. Bilingual (Chinese & English) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
