Prepare, process, and maintain accurate purchase orders (POs), inventory records, and related documentation. Coordinate with the HQ team and external suppliers to collect product information, samples, pricing, and updates. Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery, with all necessary shipping and customs documentation completed accurately. Maintain and update merchandising databases, product files, and digital archives with high attention to detail. Assist in updating product pricing, analyzing stock levels, and compiling sales performance reports. Support the preparation of range reviews, seasonal product launches, and promotional campaigns. Communicate regularly with warehouses in Japan and Singapore to ensure accurate and timely stock delivery to store. Ensure all product lines are delivered ahead of key launch timelines to support the main business sales channels. Assist in coordinating annual stock takes for store, e-commerce operations, and warehouses. Monitor and track daily stock and sales performance via the POS system, and resolve discrepancies as needed. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance. Carry out other related tasks as assigned, in line with the responsibilities of the role. ✦ Job Requirements ✦Candidate must possess a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration/Retail/Logistics, or any related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest in retail merchandising are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, inventory coordination or administrative support. Having a passion and interest in Pokémon brand and merchandise with a keen interest in market trends and an ability to spot opportunities Proficiency in English language is a must to liaise with both local and overseas teams/suppliers. Familiarity with the Japanese language is a plus, as the role may involve occasional liaising with counterparts in Japan. (optional)Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint. Prior experience using SAP ByDesign or other inventory management systems is an advantage. Willingness to learn and develop organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance. Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player. Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment. Able to liaise professionally with suppliers, warehouse teams, and cross-functional departments.
