System Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring system alerts and batch jobs related to VisionPLUS 10 (Flex).

Monitor system health checks across modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, and more. Conduct initial triage of incidents and service requests. Provide quick workarounds and fixes for recurring issues. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a knowledge base. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Support deployment activities, monthly releases, and patching. Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis documentation. Assist with user requests such as password resets,
