Lead Student Care Mentor Job Summary

Empower primary school children to reach their full potential by providing guidance, supervision, and coaching in academic assignments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times during day-to-day operations in the centre.
  • Provide guidance and supervise children in their school and academic assignments.
  • Coach and test children for school spellings, conduct enrichment curriculum, and foster positive relationships with children and parents.
  • Manage and guide children to develop good habits and mannerisms, plan holiday activities, and special events.
  • Plan and write quality enrichment lessons, and perform other duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

  • Be passionate about empowering primary school children, manage a group of 10-18 children using positive strategies, and coach/guide children in academic assignments.
  • Enjoy working in a high-energy environment, possess good interpersonal skills, and be an independent team player.
  • Be observant, organised, responsible, and willing to learn new skills, with minimum GCE 'O' level and some relevant work experience preferred.
