Job Title:
A dedicated and experienced educator is sought after to join our team as a Student Care Teacher/Assistant Teacher.
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to take on the role of Student Care Teacher/Assistant Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs for primary school children, guiding them with their daily homework, and ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher in any discipline and at least 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement programs for primary school children in accordance with centre policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
- Guide primary school children in completing their daily homework.
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and address each child's educational and developmental needs individually.
- Prepare and maintain teaching resources, classroom arrangement, appearance, and learning environment.
- Maintain relationships with children and parents.
- Conduct unique enrichment programs.
- Ensure safety and timely completion of tasks.
