Job description: This role is primarily responsible for the development and translation of preventive health interventions into practical implementation for school, workplace and community settings. Major Duties & Responsibilities To design, develop and produce preventive health interventions to activate healthy behavior changes, create healthy communities and social norms in various settings. To translate preventive health interventions into practical implementation format to assimilate them into various settings (e.g. teaching and learning resources, communications content, programmes, assessment tools, health promoting policies and practices). To conduct ground-sensing and process/outcome data collection, impact analyses and evaluation of programmes. To engage and on-board targeted external agencies to participate in preventive health programmes. To build trust and relationships with external collaborating agencies. To implement preventive health programmes in various settings. To initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Bachelor &/or Master degree qualification related to behavioural science, social psychology, applied sociology, communications and/or data analytics. Experience in preventive health programme development, behavioural intervention development, curriculum development and marketing communications will be advantageous. Experience in programme implementation in school, workplace and community settings will be advantageous. Desired Qualities Team player with very good interpersonal, communications and writing skills. Meticulous in implementation. Analytical and adaptive to continuous changes. Able to function independently with minimum support resources.
