Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise and coordinate activities to meet customers' order requirements.
Prepare sales instruction for Production Planner.
Liaise and coordinate closely with Planning, Production, and Delivery Store team to meet delivery according to schedule.
Manage feedback from customers.
Check to ensure pricing accuracy.
Maintain and update sales order record.
Manage and maintain contact's record.
Liaise closely and provide follow-up action to service the customers' requirements.
Arrange to collect samples for pricing reference.
Liaise with forwarder to issue permits for Malaysia delivery.
Calculate the tonnage for each lorry and liaise with Planner to schedule delivery.
Liaise with departments for invoice/DO.
Arrange delivery schedule.
Send samples and documentation.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration.
Relevant experience in customer service/sales coordination.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Committed with a proactive working attitude.
