Overview Job Title: Project Manager (ID3530)Location: Eunos Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm Salary up to $6000Responsibilities Client Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients and designers, providing expertise and supervision to ensure project objectives are met. Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Project Planning Overall in-charge of assigned projects. Collaborate with the project management team, design team, procurement team to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Regularly update project stakeholders on progress and milestones. Supplier and Contractor Coordination Verify and confirm quotations from suppliers and contractors, with particular focus on indent items. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Change Management and Crisis Mitigation Assist in managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during project execution. Compliance and Safety Assist in ensuring that all project plans and documents are submitted for approval to landlords and local authorities prior to the commencement of work. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant building codes and regulations. Conduct site marking and inspections prior to the start of work, ensuring adherence to design and safety standards. Oversee site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved. Site Management Foster a collaborative and motivated working environment to maximize productivity and quality. Ensure communication with vendors, subcontractors for a project delivery Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project. Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders. Generate regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and solutions, to keep all parties informed and facilitate decision-making. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant disciplines. Minimum 3 years local experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space / retail / F&B). Good project management and site co-ordination skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
