We are a healthcare company seeking a motivated Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our team. This full-time role combines administrative support with sales and marketing activities, making it ideal for someone eager to learn, support daily operations, and contribute to business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts by following up with customers and lead generation

  • Contribute to marketing activities aimed at boosting sales and revenue

  • Work with management to identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth

  • Co-ordinate import process, including request for quotations, arranging shipments, data entry, and documentation

  • Provide general admin support and assist with ad hoc office duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn

  • Interest in both office administration and online sales/marketing

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online marketing tools - Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work as a team.
