Data Center Engineer wanted for 24/7 operations
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our data centers.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and maintaining data center systems, including power distribution units, HVAC systems, and security systems.
* Responding to and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
* Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as changing air filters and performing health checks on equipment.
Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in data center engineering operations.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, safety, and operational standards.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in application helpdesk support.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and standard ITIL processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
