We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the Temenos TAP to lead the successful delivery of banking solutions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, technical delivery, and stakeholder communication, ensuring solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects based on the Temenos TAP Platform within digital banking ecosystems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of APIs, microservices, and integration layers in accordance with Temenos TAP standards .
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Security, DevOps) for successful project execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and delivery timelines .
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations , security standards, and internal IT governance.
  • Provide technical leadership and perform architectural reviews for solutions being delivered.
  • Monitor performance metrics , identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead technical workshops , sprint planning, and regular status meetings with both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions .

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Temenos TAP Platform (API design, orchestration, and deployment).
  • Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact and its integration capabilities is highly desirable.
  • 8–12 years of overall experience in software delivery, with at least 3+ years in Temenos-based solutions .
  • Deep understanding of core banking processes , digital channels, and regulatory compliance in the banking domain .
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management , budget ownership , and vendor coordination .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
