Overview Regional Customer Operations Specialist based in APAC (Singapore). The role oversees the planning and management of order fulfilment, supply chain, and logistics operations. Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure precise shipping and timely deliveries to the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China markets within APAC. Reports to the Regional Operations Manager, APAC. Requires a blend of logistical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Oversee and optimize logistics operations in the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China markets. Coordinate with warehouses, freight contractors, and customs brokers to ensure seamless operations. Prepare accurate shipping documents for outbound orders, emphasizing compliance and accuracy. Manage supply, demand planning, order processing, and fulfilment for customers in the specified markets, with potential support for other APAC countries as needed. Monitor and streamline customer deliveries, aiming to reduce lead times and improve delivery efficiency. Ensure precise stock reconciliation and control within warehouses and export functions, in line with organisational standards. Manage destructions, handle reverse logistics, stock-taking, and cycle counts as required. Ensure strict operational compliance with relevant laws, including Customs, Duties, and city requirements. Generate regular reports and KPIs for performance analysis and be flexible in undertaking additional duties or ad hoc assignments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and/or Logistics. Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics; AV industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Expertise in import/export customs regulations for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. Analytical and multi-tasking skills. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and stock management skills. Positive, mature, resourceful personality with the ability to work under minimal supervision to deliver results. Experience with any ERP system. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
