Key Responsibilities Talent Programs Recruitment Lead the company's early careers agenda by managing flagship programs (ULIP and UFLP) lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring seamless experiences for interns Administer and maintain Talent Acquisition platforms (e.g., Workday) and data, ensuring accurate job postings, candidate data management, and compliance with internal processes and external statutory requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process. Foster strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure seamless recruitment operations and timely approvals Track, measure, and report on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and programme outcomes. Generate recruitment metrics and support assessment administration Liaise with vendors, operations team and internal partners to resolve queries, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth collaboration for recruitment and early careers program delivery Own budget management, invoicing operations, payments, data management in compliance with internal systems and processes Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and implement best practices in talent acquisition. Talent Partnering Partner with business leaders to deliver engaging and meaningful early careers employee experience from demand planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, capability building, performance management and offboarding Strengthen employer brand by supporting campus engagement and content development to enhance recruitment campaigns, candidate engagement and program visibility WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?has prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment, employer branding, preferably in an MNC or matrixed environment.
