About the role:
We're seeking a dynamic and savvy Partnerships & Community Manager to join the GFTN marketing team. In this contract role, you'll be instrumental in broadening the global partnerships ecosystem for the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) and nurturing its thriving community.
You are a proactive and resourceful individual with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for fostering vibrant communities. You are skilled at understanding stakeholder needs, finding mutual areas of benefit and collaboration for partnerships, and delivering tangible value to grow and engage communities.
Job description:
Partnership Management
Harness communities and partners to support and amplify sponsor initiatives at SFF ·
Support to manage high-value partner delegations, ensuring maximum participation and representation at SFF.
Manage the channel sales program to expand international partner reach and support to achieve ticket revenue and participation targets.
Independently lead the end-to-end management of all partner activations.
Support to manage the partnership lifecycle for SFF, including research, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, fulfillment, and post-event analysis.
Community Growth & Engagement
Lead the end-to-end curation, planning, and management of community events at the Festival to grow, engage, and activate key community segments (e.g., startups, corporates, regulators, investors).
Manage the SFF Ambassador Program, identifying and engaging industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify SFF messaging and extend its global reach.
Synthesise and share community feedback, insights and evolving needs internally with GFTN teams.
Our Ideal Candidate:
At least 3 years of experience in marketing; B2B partnerships or community management
Proven ability to build and scale communities and partners networks, demonstrating measurable impact on business outcomes.
Existing networks within FinTech or Financial Services are highly preferred
Highly resourceful and creative individual, who has entrepreneurial-sprit and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, genuinely passionate about forging connections and cultivating vibrant, inclusive communities.
