Job Opportunity: Co-Founder / Mentor at 4 Boro
Join 4 Boro, a peer-to-peer rental marketplace platform, as a Co-Founder / Mentor. Play a pivotal role in shaping the startup's future by leading the development and execution of the platform from prototype to launch and beyond. Bring your entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise to guide 4 Boro towards growth and scalability.
We seek a passionate individual interested in entrepreneurship and the P2P marketplace sector. The role is a part-time CTO on a contract basis, allowing you to pursue this venture alongside your full-time job. While we cannot offer a salary currently, a substantial equity share will be provided. Funding contributions from the candidate would be highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in App/Web Development with at least 2 years as a MERN Developer, proficiency in React Native, and experience with services like Appwrite or similar platforms. Key responsibilities include leading technical development, sharing the product vision, and contributing to the platform's success.
Key Qualifications:
Passion for entrepreneurship and the P2P marketplace sector
Expertise in App/Web Development, preferably as a MERN Developer with 2+ years of experience
Ability to guide development and scaling of tech platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
