Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): user setup, course creation, reporting
- Train teams on LMS usage and develop online HR training content
- Support leadership programs and internal/external training coordination
- Maintain training records, budgets, ISO documentation, and chatbot updates
- Support change projects and digital learning initiatives
Employee Engagement & Branding
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and new hire orientation
- Prepare monthly manpower reports and official surveys
- Design pulse surveys and organize staff events, CSR activities, and comms sessions
- Post HR content on social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
General HR & Admin Support
- Liaise with building management and assist with freight, pantry, and stationery
- Track contract renewals and update HR systems (payroll, CPF, tax)
- Administer employee benefits (medical, dental, insurance)
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and admin tasks
