We are looking for one customer-friendly, result-driven and reliable Sales Associate and one assistant manager to be responsible for all sales duties, from customer greetings to cashing sales for our shops at
Tanglin Mall and Great world
.
Successful Sales Associate and assistant manager will have the possibility to become Shop managers in due course. We do provide training to understand our Brand and our selling process, detailed product descriptions to help with the sales and induction to our POS and communication tools.
Responsibilities
Welcoming customers, understanding their expectations and assisting them in selecting and purchasing the relevant products to their needs by providing relevant and accurate product recommendations
Upholding general store housekeeping including the tidiness of the store and the display of attractive Visual Merchandising, cashiering, tallying sales reports, opening and closing of POS
Managing stock inventory, including regular stock checks and stocktakes.
Requirements
Good working experience and proven in retail sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Availability to work flexible shifts including some week-ends
Proficiency in English
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus in order to answer queries from Mandarin speaking customers
Singaporean/Permanent resident only
