Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will be responsible for providing digital delivery support to multiple design teams and coordinating deliverables.

Your primary focus will be on managing submissions to clients related to 3D models and drawings. You will work closely with the project BIM Manager and Construction Manager to ensure that all digital deliverables meet the required standards.

You will be responsible for understanding BIM requirements at all times and ensuring that all official records are accurate and up-to-date.

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will lead BIM meetings with contractors to deliver per BIM requirements and report current submission status to the team. You will also provide over-the-shoulder support to the team to utilize BIM tools effectively.

Key responsibilities include driving the team to use CDE (ProjectWise) and proactively resolving engineering challenges using BIM tools. You will review contractors' submissions per requirements properly and practice advanced tool training to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on process plant and/or waste water treatment projects.

You should have minimum five years of combined engineering/design, modelling, and production experience in the water or infrastructure industry.

A strong background in automation technologies used in the industry is essential, including software vendors such as Autodesk, Bentley, and Intergraph.

You should also have experience in developing, implementing, and executing digital delivery project execution plans.

Awareness and practical application of local BIM standards and guidelines are crucial for this role. Leadership, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility are also essential qualities for success in this position.
