Project Coordinator (AI Productivity Tools) – 12 Months Contract - Tampines

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading banking and financial services client .

You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with senior stakeholders to support project coordination, presentations, and day-to-day operations. This role provides excellent exposure for fresh graduates and junior candidates looking to grow in project management and IT/business functions .

Location : Tampines

Employment Type : 12 Months Contract (renewable based on performance)

Monthly Salary Range (SGD) : 3,000 – 4,000 ( This is based on experience, skills, and fit . )

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination activities, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and project teams to track deliverables.
  • Prepare and manage professional presentations, reports, and meeting materials .
  • Provide VIP support for senior stakeholders during key meetings and discussions.
  • Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, SlidesAI, etc.) to transform requirements into presentations efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with basic IT tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years' experience in coordination, IT support, or admin functions are welcome.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; familiarity with AI tools is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and supporting leadership.
    Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
