Job Scope
Day-to-Day Support:
Provide support for operational system issues and collaborate with the IT department.
Manage SRR Control, including but not limited to DN issue system adjustments (procurement/supply, warehouse, inventory/stock) and EDI issue system adjustments.
Inventory Management:
Oversee daily operational responsibilities related to inventory movement, including extensive communication with third-party warehouses.
Handle stock transfer postings, batch verification, and quantity verification.
Generate reports and work cross-functionally on inventory optimization.
Customer Interaction:
Conduct customer acceptance checks on 0915/0905.
Act as a midpoint contact to derive operational instructions for third-party warehouses.
Manage work instruction requests for TRD.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced), familiarity with SAP ECC execution, and basic data analysis skills.
Result-oriented and effective communication skills
Willingness to learn both technical and non-technical aspects of supply chain
