Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the SAP SD/MM/CS SME, ensuring reliable system performance, seamless integration, and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze and optimize business processes, translating requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, test scripts, and training materials.
Lead or support SAP projects, including implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and risks.
Provide end-user support, ensuring timely resolution of issues in line with SLAs, and handle minor change requests.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure all changes comply with change management, cyber security, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison between business units and SAP technical teams.
Skills & Experience
6–8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong expertise in SD, MM, and CS modules, including configuration and process knowledge.
Proven track record in SAP implementation and enhancement projects within complex, multi-country business environments.
Deep understanding of end-to-end processes: order management, procurement, logistics, commissions, tagging, and after-sales service.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field; familiarity with SAP Fiori, S/4HANA, or AI-driven integrations is a plus.
