Join us Overview 3 best things about the job: You will be the architect of brand’s content strategy by leveraging consumer and cultural insights to architect a comprehensive content strategy encompassing traditional media, digital channels (social, content, audio), on-ground activations, gaming, influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, out-of-home advertising, and more. Being a north star to meaningful and compelling partnerships. Provide strategic direction to media teams and external partners on conceptualizing, developing, and executing content initiatives. This includes fostering successful IP (intellectual property) partnerships, influencer collaborations, and celebrity integrations. Championing brand narrative and be a stickler on quality. Work closely with creative partners, media teams, and third-party vendors to craft a compelling brand narrative. Your leadership will ensure high-quality delivery and flawless execution across all content endeavors. In this role, your goals will be: In three months, you should be owning the brand’s content narrative: Be fully immersed in content strategy, audience understanding, cultural context & campaign execution. Develop content strategy across multiple touchpoints with the help of the media teams and 3rd party content partners. Develop strong rapport with client team & media teams, working collaboratively and inspiring creative work. In six months, you are an experienced content and innovation architect: Proactively thinking on brand challenges and opportunities to build content strategy, whilst having a keen eye on execution. Bringing the best of media partnership/associations & be the go-to person for the client on future/emerging experience opportunities. Be confident to build award-worthy innovations with key media partners/clients. In 12 months, you are able to grow brands and craft award winners: Develop new products with media partners and award-winning campaigns. Develop templates/frameworks and the necessary rigour to have a clear process and build case studies. Have strong business acumen to build existing client businesses into year 2. Minimum qualifications: Proven Track Record: 7-8 years of experience developing media/content integrated brand solutions for blue-chip clients. Consumer Whisperer: Possess a deep understanding of CPG, Government and Financial brands and consumers, being able to drive content strategies for meaningful engagement. Master Networker: Demonstrate strong relationships with third-party media houses, networks, freelancers, communities, and strategic thinkers to build a powerful partner ecosystem. Project Champion: Exhibit a proven ability to own projects, drive solutions within deadlines, and motivate diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
