Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Professional to join our team.

  • We require a Technical Support Technician with exceptional customer service skills, technical knowledge, and ability to work independently and as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to reported gas incidents, perform site investigations, and rectify abnormalities related to gas supply, meter readings, and customer service requests.
  • Manage meter cut-off, handle overdue accounts, and investigate abnormalities related to meter readings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle enquiries and feedback, and resolve service issues.
  • Collaborate with relevant authorities and external agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec or Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
  • Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a driving license (class 3 / 2).
