  • Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Expert to manage our daily operational activities.

  1. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
    • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient operations
    • Manage inventory levels, deliveries, and schedules to meet customer requirements
    • Develop and execute supply optimization plans to minimize costs
    • Monitor and report on daily gas flow, offtake, and terminal operations
    • Prepare reports for management highlighting key performance metrics, variances, and risks
    • Support audits, regulatory submissions, and performance monitoring processes for upstream sellers and downstream buyers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and support portfolio optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Energy-related, Engineering, Operations Management or related field
  • Experience: Minimally 2 years of experience in LNG/gas operations, terminal operations, or commercial scheduling roles
  • Skills: Strong understanding of LNG/gas supply chains, terminal scheduling and operations, and gas market operations; Familiarity with Singapore's gas market and licensing framework is preferred
