This role acts as a support team member within a strategic environment, collaborating closely with Lonza’s Sourcing (Category Manager & Strategic Buyer), Supply Chain (Operational Buyer) and Order Management teams. The Specialist ensures compliant and pro‐active execution of Content Management Processes and supports the Procurement Content Advisory Manager in identifying continuous improvement opportunities in Lonza’s Ariba and SAP ERP system. This is a 15‐month fixed‐term contract position in our Singapore Tuas site. What you will do Provide process and buying channel experience Support the design and build of content for different buying channels in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba Run analytics to develop content for different buying channels in collaboration with the Content workstream lead, category managers and/or strategic buyers Act as a liaison to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team Establish system‐based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying and intranet content in collaboration with the Content Workstream Lead, category managers and strategic buyers Ensure operationalization of contracts, catalogs and smart‐forms through content management Collaborate with content advisors/managers and the P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance Manage and support supplier onboarding, and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager What you will get An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance Daily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site Fully paid medical insurance What we are looking for Over 5+ years of project management experience Customer service mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skill sets Enjoy working with data, IT systems and new technologies Hands‐on experience of handling detailed information & data and transcribing this information & data into SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba Experience in P2P process and content management Experience in SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying set‐up Hands‐on experience with Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)Working knowledge of general business practices Broad and deep source‐to‐pay process knowledge with detailed knowledge in requisition‐to‐pay Very good knowledge about buying channels Good contract/outline agreement expertise Good stakeholder management Project management skills Proven supplier management skills Support driving change and compliance Solid background and expertise in procurement processes and methodologies Very good skills in content management system & tools configuration Strong technical skills and proven ability to learn new systems and database schemas Equal Employment Opportunity At Lonza, we offer equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
