Join to apply for the Salesforce Technical Architect role at VISEO We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities Engage clients and prospects, and conduct technical presentation meetings on Salesforce.com Design robust architectural solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations Shape a digital blueprint and technology roadmap Plan and lead solution delivery requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, and deployment Manage robust teams of Salesforce.com delivery team members, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers, and QA Define and execute best practices in solution analysis, design, and implementation Document solutions for IT and client reference Ensure all code is peer-reviewed against VISEO development standards prior to deployment to UAT Maintain and publish Salesforce development standards to broader technical teams on a quarterly basis Ensure developers are incorporating code review feedback prior to deployment to UAT Experience in implementing DevOps Acts as the escalation point when issues arise and understand what to do and who to work with to resolve them Be an active part of regular project reviews, owing technical and solution reviews for all projects on a regular basis Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new functionality Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines Profile Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Engineering Minimum 8 years of Salesforce hands-on experience with development and solutioning Minimum 2-3 years of Architect Experience Must have at least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Application Architect Certification, Salesforce System Architect Certification, or Salesforce Technical Architect Certification Strong analysis and solution designing skills Effective presentation and communication skills Relevant and practical experience in Salesforce.com consultancy required Open to travel and overseas posting for 2 to 3 months to be expected VISEO is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
