Base pay range

Adecco is partnering with an institution seeking a Manager to lead their Student Life Services team. We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in student engagement, leadership development, and coordinating student activities.

The role:

  • Lead student leadership development and support student clubs and international chapters.
  • Drive initiatives to boost student participation and community engagement.
  • Plan and manage student programmes and events, including orientation and team building.
  • Coordinate co-curricular activities to support learning beyond academics.
  • Manage campus facilities and equipment for student activities.
  • Oversee student communications through social media, newsletters, and publicity materials.
  • Handle applications for overseas campus mobility and maintain records.
  • Coordinate student outpatient medical insurance registration and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage international student orientation from pre-departure to arrival support.
  • Oversee visa processing and liaise with vendors for related services.
  • Conduct training and briefings for regional managers and partners.
  • Deliver orientation sessions for new full-time student cohorts to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree with relevant managerial experience in student engagement or related fields.
  • Willing to work beyond standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary, with appropriate time-off arrangements.
