The Lead Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality, visually compelling images across various photography genres, mainly on product, together with lifestyle, editorial, social media, event, etc. This position requires both creative vision and technical proficiency in photography, lighting, and editing. The Lead Photographer will collaborate closely with the creative and relevant teams to deliver consistent, brand-aligned visual content that supports marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, and company events. RESPONSIBILITIES: PHOTOGRAPHY PRODUCTION Lead and execute photography shoots from concept to completion. Capture images for digital platforms, print materials, social media, e-commerce, and other marketing channels. Ensure photos align with the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and messaging guidelines. Set up and adjust lighting, camera equipment, and staging as required for each shoot. Direct products, props, models or other subjects to achieve the desired shot. CREATIVE COLLABORATION Work with the creative director, creative designers and relevant teams to conceptualize and execute photoshoots. Offer creative direction, styling input, and solutions to visual challenges during shoots. Brainstorm ideas for photo concepts, campaigns, and visual storytelling. Adapt to changing needs, styles, or brand shifts as directed by team leadership. EQUIPMENT & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other relevant tools. Maintain a consistent style across all photos and manage file naming, organization, and backups. Ensure photos are properly formatted for various platforms and resolutions (e.g., web, print, social media). LEADERSHIP Lead and mentor assistants, providing guidance on technique, style, and workflow. Oversee the day-to-day operations of photography sessions, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality results. Collaborate with creative designers & other team members, including stylists, videographers, and content creators. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Manage multiple photography projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality images. Coordinate with the production team to ensure shoot schedules, logistics, and budgets are met. Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Formal photography training or certification is a plus. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product, lifestyle, event, etc. Experience managing or leading photoshoots and collaborating with creative teams. Expert proficiency in photography equipment and software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc. Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, color theory, and photo styling. Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetic quality. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of digital asset management and workflow processes. Familiarity with video production is a plus. Self-motivated, with a passion for photography and creativity. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and project requirements. Who Are We?
