Our client is an industrial automation scale up. You'll be driving daily finance operations, ensuring accurate ERP transaction processing and consistently achieving a swift monthly close.
Key Responsibilities
Close books within N+2 timeline post-month-end with full accuracy and data integrity
Lead end-to-end finance operations (AR, AP, cash flow, banking) for designated subsidiaries
Optimize ERP usage for accurate data entry, internal control, and real-time reporting dashboards
Deliver timely and reliable monthly financial reports to the Financial Controller
Implement and maintain internal controls and compliance protocols to reduce risk
Drive audit readiness, conduct inventory checks, and lead finance-led special projects
Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing finance operations team
Oversee full statutory and tax compliance across local entities
Requirements
Degree in Accounting; CPA / ACCA / ICAEW qualification required
Proven track record in financial reporting, AR/AP, cash flow
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (data integrity, report generation, process efficiency)
Strong understanding of local statutory compliance, tax, and audit practices
Prior team leadership experience with a drive for accountability and growth
Strong Excel capabilities for financial analysis and reporting
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Fast-paced, hands-on mindset with a focus on process improvement and IPO-readiness
