Role: Technical Founder in Residence We seek a visionary technical founder to lead the development of our breakthrough NDT sensing and analysis platform from laboratory concept to market‐ready solution. You'll drive technical strategy, R&D innovation, product architecture, and team formation for a complex hardware‐software system. Working closely with researchers, customers, and industry experts, you'll transform cutting‐edge technology into robust, user‐centric solutions that redefine industry standards. Most importantly, you possess the entrepreneurial mindset to navigate uncertainty, pivot strategically, and create innovative solutions under pressure.
