Role Name: Technical Co-Founder / Founding Engineer

Compensation: Equity + Founder's Title

Stage: Pre-Seed / MVP

We are building an innovative platform designed to reshape how people connect with opportunities, focusing on data-driven insights and user-first experiences. Were looking for a Technical Co-Founder to lead the products technical vision from architecture to scalable MVP launch.

Your Mission

Own the end-to-end technical foundationfrom system architecture to infrastructure deployment. Lead the design and development of core platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with essential tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Implement backend systems using modern frameworks, 

    databases, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or equivalent).

  • Develop Core APIs & Logic for:

    • Processing and structuring large volumes of user and partner data.

    • Intelligent matching systems to deliver relevant results at scale.

    • Engagement-driven user journeys that encourage retention and growth.

  • Integrate With:

    • Secure authentication and identity management solutions.

    • Third-party APIs, data services, and external platforms to extend product capabilities.

  • Implement secure, scalable infrastructure with robust access control for multiple user types.

  • Drive product iterations in collaboration with the founding team to achieve market fit quickly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

  • Proven experience building data-driven or AI-enabled products.

  • Comfortable in early-stage environments with ambiguity, fast iterations, and multiple responsibilities.

  • Bonus: Experience in building or scaling multi-sided marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or community-driven products.
