Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the accurate tracking and recording of inventory movements within the warehouse management system.

  • Analyze major inventory usage trends and provide reports to support decision-making
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to verify and document incoming inventory shipments
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment, spare parts, and consumables for our operations
  • Plan and coordinate bi-annual stocktakes with our site team to ensure inventory accountability
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports for operational review
  • Track and record all inventory movements in the warehouse management system in a timely manner

Responsibilities

The Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining up-to-date inventory records
  • Verifying inventory shipments
  • Coordinating stocktakes
  • Providing inventory reports
  • Identifying and improving gaps in inventory tracking and documentation processes

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality interaction with internal departments and external stakeholders.

You should also be able to support other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as needed.
