
Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the Myanmar market. The role focuses on acquiring and managing high-value clients who are seeking premium language training solutions. This includes both online and offline programs , designed to meet the needs of individuals and families relocating to Singapore.
The Sales Director will also be responsible for identifying and establishing B2B partnerships with organizations, schools, and community groups to broaden our client base and strengthen our service ecosystem. A key part of the role is to design and promote comprehensive language training and after-school care services for children of newly arrived families in Singapore, ensuring they have access to quality support during their transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Myanmar market to attract high-end clients seeking language training.
- Promote and manage both online and offline course offerings tailored to individual and family needs.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain B2B partnership opportunities to expand market reach.
- Coordinate and oversee services for children of new arrivals in Singapore, including full language training programs and after-school care support.
- Build strong client relationships and provide personalized consultation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Strong network and market knowledge in Myanmar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both individual and corporate clients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Burmese or Chinese will be an advantage.
- Independent, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
