Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and comprehend MEP drawings, specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams. Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet. Project contract management: Familiar with Public Sector Standard Conditions Of Contract and Security Of Payment Act. Project Management Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in Building Automation/BMS, or Fire System, or a combination thereof. Educational Background and Certification: Minimum Associate degree required; a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. PMP certification is mandatory, while PRINCE2 or ACP would be advantageous.
