Training & Adoption Manager - Supply Chain Planning

Resmed is seeking a Training & Adoption Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technology within the Supply Chain Planning team. This role is responsible for creating engaging training programs, driving adoption, and effectively communicating changes based on new processes, user stories, and tech solutions to the supply chain planning teams and broader supply chain stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development & Execution:
Develop and deliver training programs for Supply Chain Planning teams and stakeholders.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
Facilitate workshops and hands-on learning sessions to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
Establish a framework for ongoing training support, including refresher sessions and new hire onboarding.
User Story & Process Adoption:
Contribute to the development of user stories to support effective adoption of new processes and tools.
Translate complex system and process changes into clear, digestible learning materials.
Gather feedback from end-users to refine training approaches and ensure a smooth transition.
Define key performance indicators to measure the success of process adoption and provide insights for improvement.
Advocate for user needs by identifying and addressing common pain points in system and process utilization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications:
Develop and execute a communication plan to drive awareness and enthusiasm for change initiatives.
Act as a key point of contact for questions related to new processes and system updates.
Create compelling messages and communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Build strong relationships with key business partners, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and operational priorities.
Organize forums and information sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
Continuous Improvement & Support:
Monitor training effectiveness and adoption rates, adjusting strategies as needed.
Identify challenges and roadblocks to adoption and proactively address them.
Support ongoing enhancements to learning materials and communication strategies based on feedback.
Stay up to date with industry best practices in training and change management to continuously improve methodologies.
Leverage data analytics to assess training impact and drive data-informed improvements in training execution.
What You'll Bring:
6+ years in training, process & technology adoption, communication in global organisations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, ideally within deployment of supply chain technology solutions or Enterprise digital planning solutions.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content.
Positive, engaging, and adaptable approach to change management and training.
Experience in managing Change, Communications, Training & Adoption of Digital Planning processes & solutions like o9, SAP, JDA, Kinaxis is a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and process adoption trends.
