As a Demand & Supply Specialist at People Profilers, you will be responsible for analyzing factors that affect the country automotive market. This involves evaluating changing points and clarifying planning assumptions for short to mid-term Sales plans. You will also manage production order plans to ensure efficient supply conditions using Excel tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform forecasting.
  • Evaluate factors affecting the automotive market and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage production order plans to ensure efficient supply conditions.
  • Discuss and facilitate consensus building with distributors on short and mid-long term planning.

Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, Economics, or related field is preferred. No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and possessing good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
