Come join our team and be a part of the energy revolution with Peak Energy Project Manager Role Overview Peak Energy develops, constructs and operates renewable energy projects. Peak Energy is currently in the process of acquiring and constructing several mid-size solar projects in Singapore. With this expansion, Peak Energy is searching for a Project Manager. You are required to select an EPC and manage the construction by the EPC of multiple renewable energy projects that will be completed. You will also be expected to participate in the team from the early stages of development and advise the development team on the constructive aspects of the project. As well you will take ownership of the Projects Operation Phase and be the local technical Expert. Responsibilities EPC Management Identify EPC Partners and ensure qualification and Vendor Onboarding based on PEAK ENERGY SOP Lead the technical aspects, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with the partner organization to align technical strategies and achieve project milestones. Ensure compliance of OHS Standards Technical Expertise Bring expertise in solar (preferable C&I Rooftop installations) and battery technologies to enhance the technical capabilities of the business. Knowledge of standard solar related tools like PVSyst and Helioscope Participate in the team from the early stages of development and advise the development team on the constructive aspects of the project. Demonstrate a track record of successfully building at least 15 MW of renewable energy projects in the country, including a mix of small‑scale C&I projects. O&M Experience Demonstrated track record of managing O&M relationships and conducting O&M functions when needed Contract Negotiation Experience in negotiating EPC contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Work closely with legal and procurement teams to finalize agreements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in Solar and Battery technologies is a plus. Demonstrated success in building at least 15 MW of renewable energy projects. Experience negotiating EPC contracts and managing construction projects. Senior‑level leadership experience in the renewable energy sector.
