Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Executive to join our Marketing & Fundraising team. This junior to mid-level role is ideal for anyone eager to make an impact in the non-profit sector. You will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and event coordination to help sustain our mission. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives. Support the development of fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and social media content. Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate records of donations and engagements. Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including liaising with vendors, partners, and volunteers. Conduct research on potential donors, grants, and sponsorship opportunities. Provide administrative support to the Fundraising team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Qualifications Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Passion for mental health advocacy and the non-profit sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms. Experience in event planning, and fundraising is a plus but not required.
