Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a thorough inventory check of existing documents in electronic personal files.
• Identify any missing documents and verify if they are available in the HR drive.
• Transfer missing documents from the HR drive to the appropriate electronic personal files to ensure completeness.
• Compile a list of documents that are missing and not found in the HR drive.
• Communicate the list of missing documents to the HR team for further action.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic personnel files to ensure easy access and compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and acuracy in document handling
• Ability to organize and manage electronic files systematically
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
