Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to grow iQIYI’s presence in Singapore. This role will focus on driving strategic partnerships, increasing subscription revenue, and executing marketing campaigns for our key shows. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with telco partners to drive subscription growth.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximise subscription revenue and user acquisition.
Drive new partnerships to expand outreach and increase user acquisitions.
Work closely with HQ teams to implement revenue-driving initiatives.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive subscription growth.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop localised promotional strategies.
Optimise marketing spend across online and offline channels to maximise ROI.
Analyse market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to align business and marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign and partnership performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in business development, marketing, or partnerships, preferably in the telco industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
Possess established business connections and resources.
Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin to work with local and regional stakeholders.
Passion for entertainment, particularly Asian content such as Chinese shows.
