Overview
Reporting to Head of Recruitment Development to drive manpower and recruitment growth for the distribution force (PACS & PFA) through various initiatives, activities and schemes via the agency leaders and guiding the Recruitment Managers in their day-to-day work. Providing timely feedback and intel from the force and market to management to formulate effective strategies to the distribution force.
Responsibilities
Work with Head of Recruitment on the overall manpower growth of the distribution force
Spearhead project 500 to drive recruitment & agency growth
Lead & manage the Group Agency Manager (GAM) clusters, on top of the Group Agency Leader (GAL) clusters
Guide and coach new cluster recruitment manager and cluster recruitment (manager and below grade)
Spearhead cross section and/or inter-departmental projects to drive innovation for recruitment & agency growth
Work with Manpower Development team on SOPs and initiatives relating to recruitment development & operations
Lead the identification of qualified candidates and manage engagement with external headhunters. This role will serve as a single-point accountability for candidate pipeline building, screening, and conversion readiness – working closing with Agency Leaders to meet MDRT-ready criteria and ensure volume targets are met without delay.
Perform the Cluster Recruitment Manager duties which includes:
drive recruitment & manpower growth through identified key performance indicators
provide guidance, support, and direction to Agency Leaders to achieve monthly and yearly targets in line with the company’s plan in areas of recruitment and retention, and to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies
work closely with Agency Leaders in identifying quality Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers with the use of selection tools and other qualitative assessment techniques including interviews
oversee the systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers through various company initiatives to develop the right foundation and positive behaviors
set and track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers and ensure that they adhere to these standards to build longevity in the career
identify and encourage Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers who aspire to progress towards a career in agency management
Involved in project(s) relating to recruitment and manpower growth for one agency
Working Experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial industry
Experience in Agency Business development or Recruitment preferred
Strong contacts of sales advisory roles across banking and insurance sectors
Former FC or Agency Leader is a plus
Keen interest for a hunter role
Professional Qualifications
CMFAS certification has advantage, not mandatory
Education
Diploma or a Degree in any discipline
