Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

The role of an Administrative Support Specialist involves providing comprehensive support to the Purchasing department. This includes performing routine tasks such as data entry, document management, and office administration.

This position requires a candidate who can effectively communicate with vendors, deliveries, and service providers. The successful candidate will also be able to support the Sales Department in logistics as needed.

Duties:

  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Purchasing department
  • Manage data entry into systems - GRN
  • Coordinate goods receipt and import them into the factory
  • Support Sales Department in logistics as required

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and clerical tasks
  • Experience in overseas shipment is advantageous
